Rochelle Valle is a mom of three, wife and total boss babe. She loves to step out of the normal everyday box everyone thinks she should be in and is passionate about helping others do the same. She shares her everyday struggles like fear, anxiety, motherhood, and finding herself.
Rochelle is able to be real and raw and this didn’t come easily to her. It was a journey! Whether it’s her sharing her hot mess day, #momtruths, how to be a boss babe while juggling everything else or coaching others to change their mindsets her heart is BIG and accepts everyone no matter what stage in LIFE they are in.
Formerly a successful sales professional in real estate Rochelle went through some highs and lows. From losing almost everything to getting back on track with a community of women who love, honor and accept themselves. Changing her mindset was the first step.

My WHY
I've always dreamed of being a business owner. One who didn't need to work 12 hours days feeling overworked and stressed out. I wanted a opportunity that would allow me to be with my kids more often. The ability to drop everything and be there for special events like baseball games for my boys and Tahitian practice with my daughter. Being able to help the household financially again is a big motivator for me. I like having my own spending money and treating myself once in awhile. The ability to work from anywhere anytime is an opportunity of a life time.
